<p>Quiet pneumatic operation, works on regular shop air - no hydraulics.</p>
<p>Small foot print makes it easy to integrate into existing production
line.</p>
<p>Mold sets are easy to install, set up and change.</p>
<p>Ejector system for easy removal of molded components.</p>
<p>Upper and lower mold platens are prepared for integral cooling with easy
hook up on the side of the machine</p>
<p>Additional cooling of the mold set is not required eliminating hoses
in the work area.</p>
<p>Touch screen offers intuitive operation for setting of all parameters.</p>
<p>"Set Up" screen has key lock.</p>
<p>Select between Metric and imperial units.</p>
<p>Different languages available upon request.</p>

<p><b>Safety and Ergonomics</b></p>
<p>Low initial clamping force. Mold set is closed before full clamping force
is applied.</p>
<p>Zero force buttons. Must be activated simultaneously to start molding
cycle.</p>
<p>6" opening between the mold-halves for easy inserting and removal
of components.</p>
<p><b>Maintenance</b></p>
<p>Self draining melt reservoir. Easy access for draining, cleaning of reservoir
and manifold filter change.</p>
